STEP TWO:

PLANNING & QUOTING

Preliminaries: We can help coordinate any necessary preliminary work, or skip this if you've got it covered.

Quoting: We can provide a quick estimate or a detailed fixed-price quote, usually within about 3 weeks.

Review Meeting: We'll go over the quote together, answer any questions, and make sure everything looks perfect before we move forward.

STEP THREE:

BUILDING YOUR DREAM

Contract: After quote approval, we'll draft the contract, get it signed, and you'll make the initial deposit. We'll also set a start date.

Schedule & Shopping: You'll get a detailed schedule and can start selecting materials with our curated suppliers. Our interior designer is here to help if you need.

Construction Begins: The fun part! We'll start building, with regular site visits and meetings to keep you updated and involved every step of the way.
